Guidelines for Sending Electronic Artwork:

Appropriate black and white camera-ready artwork is required for imprint production. All prices are based upon the receipt of camera-ready art and include 30 minutes of art production at no charge. If additional art time is required to make your artwork production ready a $15.00 (e) per ¼ hour charge will be applicable or per quote.

We encourage you to submit computer generated artwork or personalization lists on compact disk or via email whenever possible. Please include the SOFTWARE AND VERSION NUMBER you used and the FILE NAME your information is under. Please write this information directly on your disk or include it in your email. Without knowing these essentials, we cannot access your text and/or artwork so we will not be able to begin production of your order.

If you send a disk or CD please enclose a hard copy of how the text/artwork should look.

• Software: We use a PC system utilizing the following software and versions of those software: Adobe Illustrator (AI, EPS), Photoshop (PSD, TIF, BMP) Corel Draw (CDR)

While it is best to send the original file, all scanned photographs should be supplied in a high resolution TIF or BMP format. The minimum resolution should be 300 dpi. All line art should be VECTOR artwork in EPS or AI format. All line art should be outlined to preserve the fonts in the artwork and include any support files. “Placed” images or raster artwork cannot be manipulated, therefore, are not recommended. For best result black lines should be no less than 1 pt per line thickness and white lines should be no less than 2 pt line thickness. Signature must be provided in black felt tip pen on unlined white paper.
