Cancellations:
If an order is canceled factory will invoice for all material and labor costs incurred up to the date on which the order was canceled.
Claims:
Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. If damage occurred contact customer service immediately. Claims for breakage or damage must be made against the carrier. You must make all claims for orders shipped under carrier account. For orders shipped under the RecognitionWorx account, claims will be made by us on your behalf if we are notified within 5 working days of receipt of merchandise. Valid claims must be accompanied by original shipping cartons, packaging material and damaged items. Claims are not possible if any reshipment has occurred.
Combined Pricing:
Orders for more than one product are eligible to receive combined quantity pricing. To qualify all items must meet a 12 quantity minimum.

Customer Products:
Custom award plaques and products are our specialty. Simply submit the parameters of your program to our custom program specialists and we will submit a concept drawing and quotation promptly. Minimum custom order is $1000 (a). Less than minimum custom order charge is $75 (e). A custom product development charge may apply to custom sample orders which is refundable upon order placement. Contact customer service for details.
Drop Shipments:
$3.50 (e) for each drop shipment location on the same date, $7.00(e) for each drop shipment on different dates. On orders requiring shipment on different dates the entire order will be billed at the time of the first shipment.
Individual Product Shipments:
To ship single items add $1.50 (e) each plus mailer and freight charge. Contact customer service for mailer costs.
Enclosures:
Enclosures of non-personalized customer supplied cards, notes or other materials are $.35 (e) each. Enclosures of personalized customer supplied cards, notes or other materials are $2.00 (e) each.
Insurance:
All shipments will be insured at list price. Insurance charges are added to the invoice.
International Shipments:
Please select carrier, method of shipment and supply all necessary documentation completed for each shipment. Add $20 (e) for each destination for RecognitionWorx to process the additional documentation required to complete your shipment. Duties and taxes will be billed if received after initial invoicing.

Orders that increase or decrease in quantity after production has started are subject to additional charges. Factory cannot be responsible for verbal orders or verbal change orders. Confirm all changes via email or fax.
Overruns/Underruns:
Every effort will be made to ship the exact quantity ordered on stock items. Stock imprinted products will not exceed 5% of the quantity ordered. Custom product orders will not exceed 10% of the quantity ordered.
Prices:
All prices include a one location imprint unless otherwise specified. Call customer service for pricing for additional imprinting information. We reserve the right to withdraw any item or to change pricing without notice. Prices may also change without notice due to the fluctuating market value of raw material.
Product Specifications:
Many of our products are made of natural materials and therefore can vary by color, grain, thickness and other variances. These variances should not be considered defects. In our ever continuing effort to improve our products, we reserve the right to change specifications without notice.
Production Time:
Artwork Production Time: 1-2 working days
Normal Production Time: 10-15 working days from receipt of production-ready artwork, proof approvals and all personalizations.
Repeat Order Production Time: 10 working days.
Custom Product Production Time: Variable depending on complexity of project.
Rush Production Time: "Sprint Service" charges will apply on orders that require less than normal production time. A Sprint Service charge of 15% will apply for 4-6 working days, 25% for 2-3 working days and 50% for 1 working day over and above all specified pricing to cover overtime and special handling of the order. Minimum rush charge is $30 (e). We assume no responsibility for the scheduling and/or delays caused by common carriers.
Proofs:
Email/fax art proofs are provided at no charge. Please return proofs within 24 hours so as not to affect requested ship date. Product proofs are available for a $50 (e) proof fee plus cost of the item, applicable set up charges and shipping and handling.
Returns:
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from the factory. Call for return authorization number.
Samples:
Random catalog samples are available at EQP pricing. Credit will be issued for the sample if returned within 60 days in good condition: freight must be paid. Speculative samples are billed at the 1 quantity price plus applicable set up charges. If the sample is approved without changes 1/2 of set up charges will be credited and applied to production order.
Shipping/Handling:
Shipment is made F.O.B East Central Minnesota. Shipping, insurance and handling charges are added to invoice. A $2.85 (e) per Master Carton handling fee is charged on all shipments. All shipments are subject to dimensional weight charges. We cannot be responsible for delays in transit caused by common carriers. Shipping weights as listed in catalog are approximate.
Third Party Billing:
$4.00 (e) per box for special handling. The account number, telephone number and all reference information must be included on your purchase order.
Trademarks:
Imprints shown are for illustrative purposes only. The customer agrees to hold harmless and will defend RecognitionWorx from all claims for patent, trademark or copyright infringement. All liability for the proper use of a trademark rests with the customer. RecognitionWorx reserves the right to photograph or show as samples any items produced by us without any liability on our part as to trademark or artwork rights. No endorsement of product or company should be implied.
Warehouse/Release Programs:
Entire program will be billed with original order. $25 (e) release charge will apply per release plus all additional production costs required to complete the product. All release shipments must be completed within a twelve month period unless prior arrangements have been made. All unreleased product will be shipped after 12 months.
